Montgomery Ballroom

Our signature event space accommodates everything from seated banquet dinners and wedding receptions to large-format corporate presentations and trade shows. The ballroom can be configured as one expansive room or divided into up to three separate spaces for concurrent sessions, breakout groups, or a combination of ceremony and reception layouts.

Features include built-in audiovisual infrastructure, customizable lighting, and direct access to the pre-function area for registration, cocktail hours, or vendor displays.

Pre-Function Space

The pre-function area serves as a natural extension of the ballroom, providing an elegant setting for event registration, cocktail receptions, networking breaks, and vendor or sponsor displays. Its open layout and proximity to the ballroom make transitions between event segments seamless.

Our covered outdoor terrace offers a relaxed, open-air setting adjacent to the Hyatt Place pool and patio area. It’s ideal for cocktail hours, casual networking receptions, outdoor ceremonies, and al fresco dining. The terrace can be used on its own or paired with indoor spaces for events that flow between settings.
